Returning to Work after Maternity Leave

The Pilot

Becoming a mother was a much bigger transition than I had expected. Like many mothers, I felt overwhelmed at times, and I realised how important it is to have support—not only after your baby is born, but also as you prepare to return to work.

That's why I created this pilot program : a small, supportive group where mothers can reflect, reconnect with themselves, and learn practical tools to navigate this new chapter with greater confidence and wellbeing.

✔ Small group (maximum 5 mothers)
✔ A safe space to reflect and connect
✔ Practical, evidence-based tools for stress, resilience, and wellbeing

Returning to work soon or recently back?

Join the free pilot programme and be part of shaping something meaningful.

Guided discussions • Practical exercises • Evidence-based coaching
